Redesigned for the renovation of the 1st floor lobby, lower level sport center, front and back grounds.
Winfield Elementary School, Westminster, MD
Designed New Building
Coordinated with the school board to determine all school spatial needs. Compiled a Programming package indicating all the spaces and their sizes and characters. performed Schematic Design process and drafted them; then reviewed with Clients; after the Client's approved the schematic Design, proceeded with the Design Development, and construction Documents, specifications, and the school's Case work.
